Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your cart.


Processing & Fulfillment Time

Every piece is made on demand — no waste, no mass production.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time: 2–5 business days (U.S. orders)

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days total.

During peak seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer.


Where We Ship

Right now, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building office

  2. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early)

Wrong Address Disclaimer

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update it before the order goes into production, but we can’t guarantee changes once fulfillment begins.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Just email us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll take care of the rest.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
