Return & Refund Policy — Mud Mire Rock

We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


30‑Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email us at info@MudMireRock.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.


If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

We will replace it at no cost to you.

Just send us a photo of the issue within 30 days, and we’ll take care of everything.


Returns for Other Reasons

If you’d like to return an item for any reason other than damage or error (such as sizing or change of mind):

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.


Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns:

  • If the item was damaged or incorrect → we cover everything

  • For size or preference exchanges → customer covers return shipping

We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received.


Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Items with odors, stains, or signs of wear

  • Final sale items (if applicable)


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is made on demand, orders enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@MudMireRock.com. We’ll do our best, but changes are not guaranteed once production begins.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building office

  2. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early)

  3. Email us and we’ll help investigate
